Leadership
Manifesto
Leadership today is complicated. The expectations are high. The pressure is constant. It's a battle of checking boxes and moving boxes, hoping for real change.
So where can a leader turn? Of course there are books and podcasts filled with promises. Experts who lead with their credentials. Plaques on the wall. Polish and process. But leadership isn't always born by a formula. And success is not guaranteed by a system, a seminar, or a string of letters behind your name. Real change isn't something you can outsource. Because real change – starts from within.
At Fett Advisory, our approach to leadership coaching puts people first. Not process or performance. Just people – at their very heart and core. Because the toughest part of leading isn't knowing what to do. It's facing who you are.
Greg Fett has walked in the shoes of the leaders he coaches. He knows what it means to climb to the top. To fall down, and to get back up. He's seen backrooms and boardrooms, and what it takes to move forward. Raised in the tough neighborhoods of Detroit, Greg learned empathy and humility. And more than anything – drive. Authentic, relentless drive. He is tough but fair. Personal but practical. And always unapologetically himself.
His proven, people-first approach is grounded in four pillars:
- Empathy - Because leadership starts with listening. Not judging.
- Vulnerability - Power comes from openness, not pretending to have it all figured out.
- Accountability - Taking responsibility for outcomes and owning the journey.
- Authenticity – It's not about appearances. It's about real connection.
Because when a leader connects with who they are, there's a tangible shift. Seeing who you are helps you visualize who you can become. And becoming grounded pulls your trajectory upward – where insights sharpen. Problems unravel. Decisions become clear. Teams get strong. And real change begins.
Fett Advisory
Real connection. Real momentum. Real change.
